Overview	San Remo a leading FMCG based in Adelaide is seeking qualified Food Technologist to join our experienced team. Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Description	San Remo is a market leader in pasta and food manufacturing providing high quality food products to domestic and overseas customers. Wholly Australian owned, with our main manufacturing site and R&D team based just NE of the CBD, we are currently seeking an experienced Food Technologist with strong R&D skills, or a Food Technology or Science graduate with a passion for good food. In this position you will join our existing highly experienced laboratory team and be directly involved in new product development projects, research, testing and evaluation of new and existing products as well as providing assistance on HACCP, QA related matters and legal requirements.
Qualifications / Criteria	Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, your natural flair for creativity and passion for cooking, coupled with tertiary studies in Food Technology / Science will provide you with the necessary strong analytical background to be successful in this role. In addition to the above mentioned attributes, you will ideally have: An understanding of TPA and food safety legislation and regulations; Intermediate to advanced MS Office competency; Ability to manage multiple projects; Strong analytical skills; Exposure to food manufacturing processes; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
